Election Geek: 2008 Election News 24/7: Arrogance or Informed Confidence?

  • JC · 1 year ago
Blah, blah, blah ... Arrogance? McCain has a rich wife, and they own multiple residences & investment properties.

But, honestly, what matters is who has "experience" to be President. Well, it's neither! You don't have experience unless you are the incumbent President. We have to decide based on the "facts" of the candidates, not experience.!

Honestly, if you want political experience you'd choose McCain. However, that experience doesn't mean Presidential success, so how do you choose. I'm trying to decide, so tell me.

If you want an outsider, then how can you not choose Obama? But, does outsider mean the person will be a "good" President. Who knows? Again, tell me how you would decide?

If military service is important, then tell me how I evaluate whether one's service is a predictor of Presidential success? I doubt there is a cause & effect correlation! I'm open to hear arguments though ...

And, similarly, how does someone who can lead a "community" levely following be a good President. I don't know that that is a predictor of a good President either, but I'm open to hearing why it might. Please, someone, tell me why I can be confident in "that" person!

That's it, I'm undecided, but looking for "real" change ...
